Customer Service Prize Scheme
This scheme is designed to encourage ratepayers to provide their comments on the level of customer service they receive from Council Officers which will help Council to provide a more efficient and effective service. By participating in this scheme, the participants will have an opportunity to win a monthly prize which currently stands as a Rockingham City Shopping Centre Gift Voucher valued at $50. To participate fill in a survey while you are being dealt with at the Administration Centre Enquiries Desk.
