Payment methods
Rates notices are issued each year after 1 July. Three payment options are provided to assist ratepayers in making their payments.
Option 1: One instalment generally due in August.
Option 2: Two instalments generally due in August and December.
Option 3: Four instalments generally due in August, October, December and February.
Important note: Options 2 and 3 incur an additional administration fee.

Ratepayers choosing option 1 will go into the draw for the City’s annual Rates Incentive Scheme which includes prizes to reward ratepayers for paying their rates in full on time.

In person at the City of Rockingham Administration Building using cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS

By mailing a cheque or money order payable to the City of Rockingham

In person at any Australia Post Office

Over the phone or Internet using BPay

Via direct debit.

Important note: Rates that are not paid by the due date will incur a daily interest charge.
