Waste Dump / Recycling
Waste Services is responsible for the collection of waste at the Millar Road Landfill Facility and has in place collection services for household general waste, green waste and bulk rubbish via various services during the year. Details of these services can be found below.
The City of Rockingham's Landfill facility is located at Millar Road, Baldivis. City of Rockingham residents receive a tip pass for the facility each year with their rates notices. This enables each household four free general waste entries and 4 free green waste entries (1m3 of domestic waste from a car, utility, van or trailer). If you are a new ratepayer and have not received a tip pass, one can be obtained from the Council's Administration Building by completing a statutory declaration form.
Please note that car bodies may be disposed of free of charge where all tyres are removed and no rubbish is left in car bodies.

Council are committed to the values of recycling and encourage the use of the Millar Road Facility Recycling Yard. It is currently being further developed to increase the amount and types of material retrieved for recycling that previously has been dumped as landfill. The placing of recyclable materials is free of charge dependent on the type and value of the material.
