Gary Holland Community Centre
Construction is nearing completion on the City of Rockingham's new $6.4 million dollar community facility located at 19 Kent Street, Rockingham. Formerly known as the Waterfront Village Community Centre, the facility has recently been renamed the Gary Holland Community Centre recognising years of service to the community by former Rockingham CEO Gary Holland.
This exciting new facility is being developed as a part of the Waterfront Village Urban Renewal project in partnership with the State and Federal Governments, and together with the Village Green and Village Square will offer a modern and vibrant community hub. The multi-use design will combine both community and commercial use spaces while being the new home of the Rockingham Visitors Centre.
The Centre will be available for bookings for community activities, private functions, art exhibitions, conferences, meetings and commercial ventures.
