City's Trainee Shines

City of Rockingham Mayor, Barry Sammels today congratulated Horticulture Trainee, Carmel Rollinson (20) for her recent win at the inaugural Apprentice and Training Awards run by the WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI).
“Ms Rollins has shone in her work with the City of Rockingham Parks Operations Team, and her colleagues and supervisors have thoroughly enjoyed working with and training her.
“Ms Rollins was nominated for the Flora and Focus Award for her optimistic approach to her work and training and her willingness to learn new things and complete tasks.
“Carmel will finish her three-year apprenticeship with the City at the end of this month and we would like to wish her all the best with her future endeavours and career path.”
