Between 1 June 2012 and 30 June 2014 a wide variety of FREE activities will be available, aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of Rockingham and Kwinana residents.

These programs will be on offer to the following people:
• Those who are unemployed
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
• Retirees or pensioners
• People with a disability

The Life at the Core team encourages all residents in these groups who have a current Health Care of Pensioner Concession Card to get involved and have a go. Some of the benefits of joining include:
• Becoming more active
• Finding out how you can stay active for free in your local area
• Learning how to make great tasting, healthy food
• Making new friends
• Gain confidence and learn new skills

You will be able to register for the Life at the Core club when you attend the first session of one of the activities that are on offer.

If you need assistance with transport and chilcare while you participate in any of the programs ring the Life at the Core Project Officer, on 9439 0425 to have a chat.
