The City of Rockingham has 'ClimateWise' Home Energy Assessment Toolkits for loan which allow homeowners to undertake their own home energy audits. The kits are available from Rockingham Regional Campus Community Library (Murdoch University), Safety Bay Library and Warnbro Community Library.
